I walked in expecting to just sign up for class, and sit on a few bikes and check out the gear needed for a new rider. I immediately was greeted with a smiling face at the front desk, and it made me feel more than welcome. I was shown to Jada who was more than willing to answer any question I had and show me around. I was then taken around with Steven and we sat on at least 40 different bikes. ( at no point did I feel rushed, or a burden in any way and felt like he talked to me like I was a family member or close friend while showing me everything and answering all my questions ). I expressed that I was a brand new rider and didnt know anything when it came to Harleys as well as my long term goals when it came to the possibility of purchasing a Harley Davidson. I was shown and got to sit on many bikes until I found one that fit me perfectly, I walked back in and immediately knew that was meant to be my bike. I signed on the bike not long after. While they prepared paperwork I was taken to each department to meet everyone, and what their department does and how to contact them. I was then brought over and got a very warm welcome when I got to ring the bell and got ushered into the Harley family. Ive never been happier going to a dealership, and I never though in a few hours I could go from someone who knows nothing about Harleys to a member of a caring and amazing family of individuals. Great course - Coaches were excellent with pace between each exercise, provided solid feedback on where to improve riding skills, and a good blend of of focus on training and adding some extra humor/commentary that helped keep the class engaged and focused even during the paperwork parts of the training. Trey and everyone else at the dealership truly made me feel like family , I flew from south Florida to Madison for their 02 low rider they were amazing throughout the whole week of me needing videos and pictures and putting up with all my phone calls. a great purchasing experience with all listed have a few issues of concern to address still with add-on parts a great experience truly appreciate the work done by sales rep & finance rep appreciate the patience as we had to get our personal finances squared away & appreciate the patience on purchase contract after a few discrepancies was able to get purchase price all squared away parts rep has been great working with to get add-on parts & aftermarket parts have been (hopefully) ordered & awaiting service department experience with installation of add-on & aftermarket parts hopefully this will be accomplished in a a timely manner for pick up of bike in the near future (Employee: Aaron Webber, Brennan G., Dan Stark, Rod Miethke)
